Shipping Area
We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time includes processing time and carrier transit time.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Rawtrees is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact hello@rawtrees.com.
Please include your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order number. We will review the claim under this Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.
Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
