Rawtrees is operated by NEXASPHERE AD AGENCY LLC and sells skateboards, snowboards, and related products through https://www.rawtrees.com/.

Return Period

We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@rawtrees.com before sending any product back.

Please include:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
- Photographs, if the product is damaged or defective

Do not send a product to the business address until return instructions have been provided.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

- Unused
- In original and resalable condition
- In original packaging
- Complete with all labels, accessories, and included parts

Used, installed, altered, scratched, damaged, or incomplete products may be refused or may receive a partial refund.

For safety reasons, used skateboards and snowboards may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund
- Another appropriate solution

Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order number may be required.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will email you the result.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
